A Small Wedding Venue on Eighteen Private Acres in Tennessee

Our small wedding venue in Coalmont, Tennessee gives you access to the entire eighteen-acre property for two nights: five private accommodations for the people closest to you, a covered ceremony arbor with built-in bench seating for up to 50 in a meadow backed by mature hardwoods and pines, and the sound system and microphone already included, for a flat $4,000 (or $3,500 Monday through Thursday). You host up to 40 guests, you and the guests you choose stay right on the property, and for two full days the whole place belongs to you and no one else (other than management and a few employees when needed).

What Does the $4,000 Wedding Package Include?

The price covers a full buyout of our property in Coalmont from 3pm on your arrival day until noon two days later, so you are never sharing the grounds with other guests. All five accommodations are yours for both nights. The ceremony arbor is yours, with built-in bench seating for up to 50 already in place. The sound system and a wireless microphone are set and ready for your vows and toasts.

That two-night window gives you room to breathe. Some couples hold a rehearsal dinner or welcome party the first evening and marry the second. Others marry the first night and spend the second celebrating with everyone still around. The property is yours either way, so the timeline is yours to shape.

For the reception, you can gather in a cleared area central to the accommodations, out in the open under the sky, or bring in a rented tent if you would rather be covered. And if your party grows past what the five accommodations sleep, guests are welcome to bring their own tents for $50 each, which covers their use of the bathhouse and coffee bar.

Where Your Whole Party Stays the Weekend

This is the part most venues cannot offer. The people closest to you do not scatter to hotels twenty minutes away and drive back bleary the next morning. They stay right here, in five distinct accommodations spread across the property, close enough to share the weekend and far enough apart that everyone still sleeps well.

You have the Geodesic Glamping Dome, the Scandinavian Cabin, the Glamping Tent with Deck, the Cozy Spruce Cabin, and the Boho Cabin. Couples usually give the Dome to the newlyweds for the night, and it makes a lovely one. The Boho tends to become the bride’s getting-ready cabin, with the Scandinavian or Cozy Spruce for the groom and his people. You decide who stays where. Since the whole property is yours, so is the map.

The Ceremony Arbor and the Meadow

The ceremony happens in a meadow toward the back of the property, set against a backdrop of mature hardwoods and pines. In spring and summer, thousands of ferns blanket the floor of the woods behind it; during the right time of fall, the whole tree line bursts with color. The bench seating sits on a gentle rise, so your guests look down toward you and the arbor as you say your vows.

The arbor itself is rough-sawn oak with a metal roof, set on a concrete pad, wired for the sound system and strung with Edison lights that warm up as the sun drops behind the trees beyond it. We kept it simple so you can dress it however you like. Bring your flowers, your greenery, your fabric, whatever you have been pinning for a year, and make it yours. The meadow is a five to seven minute walk from the accommodations and the parking area, and we run a golf cart for anyone who would rather ride.

Music, Toasts, and the Evening

Here is a small piece of good luck: the owner is a retired wedding DJ. Tell us the genres you love and we will build your background playlists for dinner and the reception ahead of time, so nobody is hunched over a phone cueing the next song. He is happy to MC your special dances and toasts too, if you would like the help.

A word on the evening, because it shapes what this venue is best for. This is an intimate celebration, not a midnight dance party. You get your first dance, the father-daughter and mother-son dances, the toasts, and background music through dinner. Amplified music wraps by 9pm out of respect for our neighbors. After that, with the property bought out, the laughing and the talking and the lights can carry on as long as you like. For the couple who wants presence over volume, it is close to perfect.

The Details: Drinks, Weather, and Getting Ready

Bring whatever you would like to drink. There are no restrictions on alcohol and no problem with glassware; we only ask that the property stay smoke-free and vape-free. For getting ready, the accommodations sort themselves out naturally once you have claimed them, and there is time and privacy for both halves of the party to get dressed without tripping over each other.

On weather. The arbor roof keeps you, your partner, and your officiant dry through the vows themselves, and because you have the property for two nights, you can flex the ceremony around the forecast rather than fighting it. What we do not have is a large covered space for a seated ceremony or reception in rain, so a rented tent is the backup worth planning if your date falls in a wet stretch.

As for an officiant, you are welcome to bring your own, or we can share a short list of local vendors who can marry you.

The real limit is parking, which fits around 20 vehicles, so we suggest carpooling if your guest list is on the larger side.
