By booking a stay at The Getaway on Ranger Creek, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

Reservations and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to complete your booking. Payment terms and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of booking through our reservation system. By completing your reservation you agree to the payment and cancellation terms presented at checkout.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided in your booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance by contacting us directly.

Property Rules

No Smoking: The Getaway on Ranger Creek has a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited in and around all units. Smoking is permitted in the parking area only. A $200 fine will be charged to the credit card on file for any violation of this policy.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.

Guests are expected to treat the property, its units, and its surroundings with respect. The Getaway on Ranger Creek is an 18-acre working tree farm and registered Tennessee Greenbelt property. Guests agree to stay within the property boundaries as described in the guest guidebook provided at check-in.

Fires are permitted in designated fire pits only. Open fires outside of designated areas are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 8am out of respect for other guests on the property.

Agritourism Liability — Tennessee Code § 43-39-103

WARNING

Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to lands, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the unit or property during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Damage charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
